From April 29 until 1st of May 2016 the Fashion Hack Day, the world’s first hackathon on fashion and tech, was taking place at Fab Lab in Berlin with a grand catwalk show at Kühlhaus Berlin!

We are happy to have welcomed 50 high carat participants and mentors from all over the world in order to collaborate, work and create in interdisciplinary teams the latest fashion tech prototypes in 48 hours. The projects were presented in a big final award show with catwalk at Kühlhaus Berlin.

    Idea pitches and a update about the ideas we had so far and shared online.

    The participants meet and create teams

    The teams will start working on their ideas. We will find out  who needs which machines  for their project and what workshop the participants would like to take part in.

Join us and watch live on stage: The final pitches and people behind Fashion Hack Day – Berlin´s first hackathon on fashion and tech. There will be protoypes, people from tech, design, textile and corporates and of course a phantastic audience.
The event is taking place at Kühlhaus Berlin during the pre-event of re:publica TEN.

Our last Hackathon on Smartcities and Wearables was a rousing success, check out the highlights from last year’s event.

This Hackathon was dedicated to apps and wearable devices such as watches.
